Nuruddin Essilfie

Mr. Nuruddin Essilfie is an agronomist and a management professional with a wide range of experience in Agricultural Certification and Human Resource Development. He is experience and has worked with International Agricultural Certification Standards (such as RA, Fairtrade, Ethical, Sedex, GlobalGAP, ISO 9001 and Tesco Nature’s Choice). In the area of management, he is an experience human resource professional with an understanding of Ghana Labour Act and also had the opportunity in managing a total workforce of 250 including managers.

He has 16 years dedicated experience in Agricultural Certification. He worked with Milani Ltd, a fresh exporter of pineapple fruits to European market from 2003 to 2010 as the Certification Manager. As a result of his hard work and experience, he became the Human Resource and Certification Manager of Milani Ltd till February 2012. He later worked with ICK International Services as the Human Resource and Administrative Manager from March 2012 to August 2014 and currently the Head of Sustainability of Fedco. Nuruddin joined Fedco in September 2014 as Sustainability Manager and was promoted as Head of Sustainability in September 2020.

Mr. Nuruddin Essilfie holds a Master degree in Human Resource Development from University of Cape Coast (UCC) in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in General Agriculture from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) in 2008.

He has also participated in several career development courses, seminars, conferences and workshops in relation to agricultural certification and human resource management.
