Our Dedication To Sustainable Cocoa Production
FEDCO manages an in-house Sustainability Department to build farmers’ capacity, using effective adult training tools to improve productivity and sustainability.
Improved farm productivity allows farmers to generate higher income, creating thriving cocoa communities.

Train 26,000 farmers on agroeconomic practices to produce 28,000 MT of certified cocoa beans across 17 districts yearly by 2024.
Recruit and build staff capacity to meet clients’ demands and ensure supply chain integrity.
Establish 550 registered community Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLA) in 42 operational areas in partnership with Solidaridad.
Create wealth for at least 10,000 farmers in 5 operational areas by promoting and facilitating alternative livelihood programs in partnership with our clients.
Promote climate smart cocoa farming in collaboration with the relevant institutions: World Cocoa Foundation, Rain Forest Alliance, World Agroforestry, etc.
