Our districts are equipped with adequate logistics and warehousing capacity of between 300-500 tonnes, referred to as depots.

Under each district are societies / communities where cocoa purchasing activity takes place.

FEDCO operates about 2,000+ societies.

Our District depots serves the purpose of ensuring the standardization of each bag of cocoa with respect to weight, grading and sealing and final evacuation to the Take-Over centres

We operate from 78 depots, and out of these 78 depots 46 are owned by the company while 32 are rented from third parties, particularly from Cocobod.
